Use?

Simple steps to create the perfect chocolate experience.

Melting chocolate

     Cut Swicook chocolate
      into pieces that are as
      equal in size as possible.

Place the chocolate pieces
in a water bath over low heat, stirring continuously until
fully melted.

     Keep stirring until
      the chocolate becomes
      smooth and fully liquid.

Note: A small amount
of sunflower oil can be added to increase chocolate liquidity.

CAUTIONS & WARNING

• Never add water to the chocolate and never place it directly over an open flame.
• Should be used with caution by those with cocoa allergies, diabetes, or soy allergies.
• This product may contain traces of nuts.

STORAGE
